Wednesday we went for our flu shots and I am feeling the effects already. With all the sick kids and people we decided it was best with the little guy. My sinuses have been a mess from all of the weather shifts so today I just feel awful, lucky it is an off day!

I continued my streak with a 9:48mile, mot my fastest by far, but my legs are starting to feel strong again this week. If I can avoid getting sick the workouts are becoming fun again.
